Way of the Rope: Essentials – 3 Courses + 1 Rope

I've had so much fun and insight with The Golden Teacher. Like an old zen master who gives you a smack when you deviate too far from your skill level the rope is a powerful teacher, allowing you to move with greater control, function and intuition. Tim's teaching is relaxed and generally easy to navigate. I would have found some onscreen graphics and pauses in videos useful to better enable me to follow what each hand is doing - especially as the moves become more complex - but ultimately you have to crawl before you can walk. Additionally the 'pay what you feel model' which was made available in June was a great help to those struggling financially, and ultimately allowed us to spread the 'way of the rope' further afield as a result. I look forward to spending more time flowing, progressing and amusing bemused onlookers. In the end no one I have shared a rope with has come away not intrigued and wanting to try more. Thanks for the experience!

I've been an athlete for my whole life and have all the joint aches that come with it. The rope has not only helped me recover muscle mobility but has helped my joint pain immensely and we haven't even reached the mental and spiritual aspects. Do yourself a favor and get this now.
