I purchased the Golden Teacher and Coer de Lion as well as the Coaches guide. The ropes are high quality and are the perfect weight to provide feedback and get a good workout. The coaches guide is invaluable as a teaching resource and really dives deep into the movement patterns beyond just the movement itself. Cant reccommend highly enough.
I know this sounds cliche but the way of the Rope is really changing my life. Now I'm more aware of my body and balance, findind the bridge between strenght and grace. ¡Totally satisfied with this new learning!

A truly fantastic course ! Beautifully presented with both text and video explanations for the different moves . After reading through the sections and following along with the videos I’ve performed moves I’ve been doing for weeks............. but now with the proper form ( The feeling in my muscles confirms this) . The course also sets up some rope flow patterns to work on , these are a great way to get flowing and even get a good Cardio workout in at the same time . I can’t recommend this course enough ! I am forever grateful for the rope and all it is and has been teaching me thus far . Thank you Tim
